Amazing location with a vibrant street food area, department stores with everything and adjacent to the Da Ming palace park. This hotel essentially has its own metro station with the train going directly into the city centre right next to the entrance. It’s also very close to the city centre being only two stops. Plus the fact that the whole city and the the main sights are accessible by the metro make having the metro right next door very convenient. Check in and out was very easy. The breakfast was excellent and the lounges very comfortable. The service was great all around.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a large variety and all allergies labelled so it was easy to choose. The steak house was excellent. Staff spoke English (or would get an English speaker) and were helpful. The location is good. Lots of shops nearby and Daming Palace is a lovely park to walk around (no actual palace there) or take a boat ride or hire a pedal trike/electric car. We left our luggage after we checked out with no problem and received a ticket to collect it when we were ready. Metro just a couple of mins away for easy trips to other locations. Room was spacious and very clean with bathtub and shower.

Breakfast had the most options I have ever seen! Rooms very comfortable, big bathroom, on the usual Sheraton level. Location is ok, with easy subway access, but on a very busy street.

Spacious rooms, corridors. Very good breakfast if you like Chinese breakfast. Otherwise okay if you like to have Western type breakfast

The size of the room was quite good and was well appointed with nice toiletries. The shower size was decent also.

The staff at the lobby were extremely warm-hearted and helpful. I got upgraded to executive suite which was pretty pleasant. Room was spacious.
